Martin has more than 20 years experience in senior executive leadership roles reporting to CEO/MD level in businesses with over to $1bn revenue pa.
During his career, he has been responsible for leading workforce’s of more than 1500 employees and is a recognised leader in industry, workforce and supply chain development on large infrastructure projects.
He has a proven track record transforming engineering, manufacturing, maintenance and technology based businesses through employee engagement and effective communication.
As the Managing Director of Engage to Innovate and throughout his career in technology, engineering and business, Martin’s true passion is the development of skills that enable us to unlock our true potential, connect and engage with others.
Martin holds a first-class honours Degree in (Mechanical) Engineering, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Martin has taught at both under graduate and post graduate levels at University and is experienced in the development of Vocational Educational Training and Workforce Development programs.
In 2018, Martin and Wayne partnered to form Wayne Pearce Academy to deliver a variety of peak performance programs and professional development courses.
